Hospital Broadcasting Service Receives National Lottery Funding
The motion
That the Parliament notes the awarding of £9,185 from the National Lottery Awards for All programme to the Glasgow Kelvin-based charity, the Hospital Broadcasting Service; understands that the funding will be used to provide an air conditioning system to improve the working conditions for its volunteers; believes that the charity provides much comfort and support to hospital patients; welcomes National Lottery funding that supports community groups and activities, and wishes all involved with the Hospital Broadcasting Service continued success in 2020.
