Blaine Lyon Awarded Dee Bursary

The motion
That the Parliament congratulates 17-year-old Blaine Lyon on receiving the Dee Fishery Board Bursary for 2019-20; recognises that Blaine, who is from Ayrshire, already holds UK distance casting records in both single-hand and double-hand disciplines; notes that the bursary provides up to £5,000 towards development and training costs; understands that the award began on 1 January 2020; commends Blaine for his dedication to the sport, and wishes him further success.
