West Lothian Cycle Circuit Hits Fundraising Target
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates West Lothian Cycle Circuit on hitting its fundraising target of £30,000 over a four-week period; understands that the money will be used for the installation of 27 floodlights along a planned cycle circuit starting at Xcite Linlithgow Leisure Centre; notes that the crowd-funding project offered rewards in return for donations, and praises the charitable donations that will create space for cyclists of all abilities in the community.
