Raigmore Hospital Surgeon, Ron Coggins, Wins National Title
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Ron Coggins, who is a general surgeon at Raigmore Hospital, on being awarded the Association of Surgeons in Training Silver Scalpel Award; recognises that the Association is an educational charity that aims to promote the highest standards, and understands that this UK-wide accolade is presented in recognition of excellence in surgical training, following nomination by trainee surgeons from across all specialities.
