North East Charity, MISS, Lights up its Website with Northern Stars
The motion
That the Parliament applauds the north east-based charity, Miscarriage Information Support Service (MISS), for creating Northern Stars, which is a page on its website where bereaved parents can choose a star to remember their children; notes that they can name the star after their baby, give it an age and write a small message; understands these will then appear on a dedicated remembrance page on the MISS website; hopes this will bring some comfort to those grieving; commends MISS on its work with Aberdeen Maternity Hospital’s Bereavement Support Service, and applauds its commitment to supporting families throughout Grampian.
