Irvine Couple Celebrate Diamond Wedding Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Jean and John Murray from Irvine on recently celebrating their diamond wedding anniversary; notes that the couple first met on a night out in Ayr and married in February 1960; understands that they received a special card from The Queen and were presented with flowers from the North Ayrshire Provost; congratulates them on 60 years of marriage, and wishes them many more happy years to come.
