Aberdeen Airport’s COVID-19 Testing Centre Takes Off
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the collaboration between Aberdeen International Airport and Sodexo in swiftly opening a drive-through COVID-19 testing centre on site at Aberdeen International Airport; recognises that this facility is currently available for use by self-isolating key workers and their families; highlights the fact that testing is by appointment only; understands that appointments can only be arranged by keyworkers' employers; notes that this testing centre, which is located in Dyce, Aberdeen, offers five drive-through lanes for maximum efficiency; further notes that it's opening allows more frontline staff to be tested and cleared to return to work to provide care to those who need it, and celebrates the efforts of all key workers and testers during this unprecedented crisis.
