Donations Fill Comfort Boxes for NHS Grampian Staff
The motion
That the Parliament commends NHS Grampian Endowment Fund for leading the Comfort Box campaign to provide doctors, nurses and other health service staff with a container filled with goods and goodwill; understands that Comfort Boxes are filled with snack bars, face wipes, hand cream, soft drinks and any foods that can be prepared with a kettle; acknowledges hundreds of containers have already been handed out to workers at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary; applauds those businesses and members of the public that have donated contents and/or cash towards the campaign, and thanks all those involved in bringing a dose of help and happiness to our wonderful NHS employees during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
