Congratulations to Kelty Hearts on Being Crowned Champions
The motion
That the Parliament notes the success of Kelty Hearts FC on being crowned champions of the Scottish Lowland Football League; notes that this followed a decision of the League’s board to end the 2019-20 league competition with immediate effect due to the coronavirus outbreak; believes that the club's performances this season have been a credit to the players, club and management and that this victory is well deserved, and wishes Kelty Hearts every success in the upcoming season.
