Suspension of Standing Orders
The motion
That the Parliament agrees that, in order for committees to be able to meet remotely for the duration of the public response to the Novel coronavirus COVID-19—
a. in rule 12.2.1, the word “present”,
b. in rule 12.3.2, the words “Scotland at such”, and
c. in rule 11.5.2, the words “only in person”
are suspended.
