Edinburgh Academy Supporting the NHS
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates staff and pupils at Edinburgh Academy on supporting the NHS and local charities by producing personal protective equipment (PPE) gear; understands that the school's Design Technology (DT) team has made face shields for St Columba’s Hospice, Claremont Park Nursing Home and LinkLiving, with more production in the pipeline; further understands that Edinburgh Academy is part of a growing movement, and is reassured and encouraged that other school DT departments are playing their part to help fight COVID-19.
