“The Expeerience Counts” Exercise Encouragement
The motion
That the Parliament commends “The Expeerience Counts” project, a Motherwell-based support organisation for encouraging people to stay connected and physically active to maintain good mental health during these unprecedented times; notes that the organisation, which is run by the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) has seen a surge of thousands of people visiting online, seeking information or advice to overcome anxiety; recognises the organisation's message that there has never been a more important time for the community to protect its mental wellbeing, as well as itsphysical health, and thanks the organisation for its continued hard work.
