Follow the Danish Example on Tax Avoidance

That the Parliament urges the Scottish Government to follow the example of its Danish counterpart and ensure that companies that pay out dividends, buy back shares or are registered in tax havens will not be eligible for any government-controlled COVID-19 business support programmes, and urges the Scottish Ministers to lobby the UK Government to ensure that the same approach is applied to UK-wide initiatives.
