NHS Lanarkshire Choir Lifting Spirits
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the NHS Lanarkshire Staff Choir’s remote virtual performance of Lean on Me, which was originally sung by Bill Withers; acknowledges that the video of the performance was technically co-ordinated by the talented Clyde Valley High School pupil, Dylan McLean; notes that the song symbolises hope and friendship, and applauds the 29 members of NHS Lanarkshire staff, and Dylan, for their heartfelt dedication to family, friends, colleagues and patients affected by COVID-19.
