NHS Lothian Opens COVID-19 Testing Centre at West Lothian College
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates NHS Lothian and West Lothian Council staff on the work they have undertaken to open a COVID-19 testing centre within West Lothian College’s car park; understands that the new drive-in testing facilities will be open to all NHS staff, as well as care workers, and will be in operation from 23 April 2020; recognises that the testing centre was built within a week, and notes that, as well as offering tests to key workers in their cars, there will also be an appointment-based system to allow additional options for access.
