Overtown Shop Owner Boosts Spirits with Gifts
The motion
That the Parliament commends the Overtown business owner, Gopi Ageer, who has donated a whole host of food items to NHS staff and children of key workers; notes that Gopi, who runs the Day Today store in Overtown, managed to hand over scores of goods to staff at University Hospital Wishaw in a bid to boost morale as the COVID-19 pandemic continues, and thanks Gopi and his family members, Vasuda, Aditi and Ani, who have brought a smile to more than a few faces at the hospital.
