The motion

That the Parliament commends the work of the Brunch Club Community Café in West Calder and Braid House Day Centre in Livingston and the service that they are providing during the COVID-19 pandemic; understands that, on the first day of the Brunch Club Community Café’s service, it delivered 12 two-course meals to older and isolated residents in West Calder and Polbeth, and that it has since teamed up with Braid House Day Centre in Livingston to produce and deliver more than 200 two-course meals each day, and believes that this is an excellent example of community spirit during these challenging times.
