Mayfield and Easthouses Community Council Helps During COVID-19 Outbreak
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mayfield and Easthouses Community Council on receiving £10,000 of funding from the National Lottery Awards for All programme for its work in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic; understands that the community council has launched an outreach resilience hub in collaboration with the local authority and other third sector groups in order to create a wraparound COVID-19 pandemic response by providing hot food, wellbeing advice and welfare advice; thanks the community council for all its hard work locally in helping vulnerable local residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and wishes everyone all the best going forward.
