Kilwinning Great-grandmother, Mary McInnes, Celebrates her 101st Birthday
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mary McInnes, who is a great-grandmother Kilwinning, on celebrating her 101st birthday in lockdown; understands that Mary, who is originally from Dalry, lives with her daughter, Margaret, and is regularly visited by her other five children; notes that her nieces delivered a birthday cake and balloons, which they left on the doorstep and sang Happy Birthday through the window; acknowledges that, while Mary is in the shielding category, the family, which has five generations, plan to celebrate with her once the lockdown is lifted; congratulates Mary on her 101st birthday, and wishes her many more to come.
