National Lottery Funding for The Miracle Foundation
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates The Miracle Foundation on receiving £66,680 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the Lanarkshire-based organisation provides support to children and young people across the region; notes that this grant will enable this project to support children and young people aged between five and 19 across Lanarkshire through their experiences of bereavement and trauma, deliver support through one-to-one counselling sessions, bereavement support group sessions, art therapy and one-to-one and group sessions for 90 people and over a two-year period, and wishes everyone involved with the project all the very best going forward.
