National Lottery Funding for Made4U in ML2
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Made4U in ML2 on receiving £9,960 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the Wishaw-based charity supports the local community across Wishaw; notes that this grant will enable Made4U in ML2 to provide a community response team for the current COVID-19 emergency situation; understands that the group will provide daily/weekly phone check-ins, food and meal deliveries and a helpline for vulnerable people in the community; commends the work for Made4U in ML2, and wishes everyone involved in the project all the best going forward.
