Accolade for GRI Rheumatology Service
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the announcement from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde of the recent accolade from the British Society for Rheumatology (BSR) for the Glasgow Royal Infirmary (GRI) Rheumatology Service; understands GRI has been rated as a Centre of Excellence in its care and treatment of rheumatology patients; notes this was awarded following an inspection by BSR at the end of 2019; further notes GRI Rheumatology Service is made up of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists and pharmacists, who care for patients from a number of different NHS boards, and commends all staff for their efforts in delivering an excellent service for rheumatology patients.
