Kingswells Residents Fundraise in Honour of COVID-19 Victims
The motion
That the Parliament commends the fundraising efforts of Kingswells, Aberdeen residents; celebrates those who contributed to the fund, which has raised in excess of £2,000; believes that the Kingswells community JustGiving page was created to raise money for the purchase of a commemorative bench; understands that the bench is to be placed at Kingswells Care Home to remember the residents who lost their lives as a result of COVID-19, and notes that a plaque will also be purchased and displayed as a tribute of thanks to the staff at the care home for their work and service to the residents.
