The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the initiative shown by Laurie Buchan, who is seven, in starting the Dyce COVID-19 rock snake; notes that, using social media, the Buchan family has been encouraging members of community to add their own decorated rocks to the snake; understands that it now comprises hundreds of decorated rocks and is situated in Central Park, Dyce; applauds the efforts of Dyce Primary School and Dyce Primary Parent Council to secure it as a permanent feature in the school playground, and celebrates the community spirit demonstrated by residents, which it believes is creating a positive reminder of the journey through the COVID-19 pandemic.
