Parents Raise Funds for Sensory Garden at Orchard Brae School

The motion

That the Parliament celebrates the fundraising efforts of Lisa Simons and Sarah Cruickshank; notes that these Aberdeen mothers and their families completed a 5K walk to raise an incredible £1,800; understands that the money will be used to help fund a new sensory garden at Orchard Brae School in Aberdeen’s Donside constituency; recognises that the planned sensory garden will help provide the pupils, who have additional support needs, with a fun and interesting place to interact; commends the efforts of the Simons and Cruickshank households, and applauds everyone who donated to this very worthy cause.
