Mark McIlwraith Wins Wilma MacDonald Mental Health Officer of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mark McIlwraith from West Lothian on winning an award for his work in mental health; understands that the West Lothian officer won the Wilma MacDonald Mental Health Officer of the Year award, and believes that this is an excellent achievement.
