Irvine Voice Star, Blair Gilmour
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates 14-year-old Blair Gilmour, who lives in Irvine, on making it to the semi-finals of STV’s The Voice; understands that the Greenwood Academy pupil took on Team Danny in the battle rounds and stunned the judges with his musical talents in his own version of XO by Beyoncé; notes that Blair uses different forms of music to help him cope with his Tourette's; congratulates him on his outstanding talent and achievement, and wishes him the very best of luck in the upcoming finals.
