UHI Rates Highly in Postgraduate Survey
The motion
That the Parliament recognises that University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) has been rated highly in the 2020 UK-wide Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey, with its taught postgraduate programmes scoring significantly higher above the national average; congratulates the UHI staff on what it considers this major achievement, which saw a student satisfaction score of 85%; notes that this is seven points higher than the average for Scottish higher education institutions; acknowledges that the respondents rated UHI particularly highly for its teaching, assessment and course information, and notes that it has been placed 13th out of the 57 higher education institutions that took part in the survey.
