Gas Safety Week 2020
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the 10th annual Gas Safety Week, which runs from 14 to 20 September 2020; understands that the campaign raises awareness of the dangers of poorly-maintained gas appliances, which can cause gas leaks, fires, explosions and carbon monoxide poisoning; notes that the awareness week is coordinated by Gas Safe Register; commends the efforts of all of the organisations involved, and hopes that the campaign is informative and beneficial to businesses and people across Scotland.
