Fraser Mackenzie, Inverness

That the Parliament congratulates nine-year-old Fraser MacKenzie, who is from Inverness, on qualifying for the IMG World Golf Championships for the third year in a row; notes that Fraser, who attends Lochardil Primary School, will represent Great Britain in San Diego in July 2021 while competing against 1,250 of the world’s best players from 56 countries, and wishes Fraser every success in the future and for the competition.
