Rebecca Holmes Wins Westport Veterinary Clinic's Local Hero Award for September

That the Parliament congratulates Rebecca Holmes on becoming September 2020's winner of the Westport Veterinary Clinic’s Local Hero Award; understands that she photographed more than 270 people and businesses in Linlithgow to capture photos of families, couples and people on their own during lockdown, all from their front steps; notes that Rebecca donated all her earnings from her front steps' project to Linlithgow Young People’s Project, which amounted to over £5,000 once Gift Aid was added, and believes that this was an excellent initiative to photograph ordinary people during this pandemic and raise money for a local charity.
