Margaret McWilliam Recognised at the BHF Heart Heroes Awards

The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Margaret McWilliam, who is from Kintore, on being named the Charity Champion at the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) 2020 Heart Heroes Awards; recognises Margaret’s work both as a fundraiser and a Heartstart champion, helping to raise over £100,000 for the BHF and teaching over 700 people CPR in the last year, including 425 children; understands that Margaret’s daughter, Jade, is Britain’s youngest ever open heart surgery survivor, and wishes Margaret, Jade and their family all the best for the future.
