Laurence Broadie Raises Money for Age Scotland

That the Parliament commends the fundraising efforts of Laurence Broadie who took part in Age Scotland’s The Big Wheesht in September 2020; understands that Laurence had to stay silent until he raised £1,000 and only then was he allowed to speak again; notes that he said that anyone who knows him well knows that this was the ultimate challenge for him as he likes to talk, and believes that this was an excellent light-hearted initiative by Laurence to raise money for charity.
