Sharon Hales Helps the Community
The motion
That the Parliament commends Sharon Hales from East Calder on her efforts to help people in need in the community; understands that Sharon has set up and managed a temporary foodbank from her workplace and has distributed an average of 6,000 meals per week and has taken in huge donations, including 220,000 items of clothing; notes that she has been awarded the British Empire Medal in recognition of her excellent work, and believes that this is an excellent initiative by Sharon to help people in need in the community during this time.
