As an amendment to motion S5M-23296 in the name of Monica Lennon (Routine COVID-19 Testing for all Health and Social Care Workers), after "on the NHS" insert "; recognises the need for the Test and Protect system to be able to provide rapid turnaround contact tracing and cope with increasing demand during the winter months".
