Josh Quigley from West Lothian

That the Parliament commends the fundraising efforts of Josh Quigley, who is from West Lothian and is cycling the distance of the Tour De France around West Lothian for charity; understands that, on 21 November, Josh started the first of 21 daily stages that will take in over 2,000 miles to raise money for the River Kids charity, and believes that this an excellent and selfless initiative to raise money for a worthwhile community cause.
