Coalfields Regeneration Trust's Help for Communities During the Pandemic
The motion
That the Parliament commends the efforts of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust in helping organisations in former coalfield communities through the COVID-19 pandemic; understands that, between April and June 2020, it handed out 76 awards totalling £57,662 to organisations, including youth groups, sports clubs, food banks, employment and training projects, social clubs and seniors' groups, and believes that this was essential work in helping former coalfield communities.
