Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bill

That the Parliament agrees, for the purposes of its consideration of the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Bill, under Rule 9.6.3A of the Standing Orders, that the Parliament shall consider the general principles of the Bill on the third sitting day after publication of the lead committee report.
