As an amendment to motion S5M-24084 in the name of Graham Simpson (COVID-19 Response and the Role of Local Newspapers), leave out from "the Scottish Government" to end and insert "all parties to bring forward their tax and spending proposals as part of the ongoing negotiations on the Scottish Budget."
