The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Legasea, based in Westhill, for being awarded an Environmental Best Practice award at the Scottish Green Apple Awards; understands that Legasea was recognised for its dedication to making the oil and gas industry more sustainable and environmentally-friendly through its Subsea Circular Economy services by restoring and refurbishing waste parts for further use; acknowledges that the Green Apple Awards began in 1994 to find and recognise the greenest companies, councils and communities; notes that Legasea competed against more than 200 other nominations, and wishes it further success in the future.
