SME Employer of the Year Award for Zen Consultants

That the Parliament congratulates Zen Consultants for winning the SME Employer of the Year - Promoting Diversity at the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards on the 4 March 2021; applauds Zen Consultancy for its focus on diversifying its workforce through the championing of apprenticeships; praises its backing of the Foundation Apprenticeships course for school pupils; welcomes the opportunities given to the younger generation whilst addressing recruitment issues simultaneously; commends Zen Consultancy for staffing 50% of its workforce through its apprentice programme; recognises the importance of apprenticeships for propagating diversity, and applauds all the hard work done by Zen consultancy to offer opportunities to capable, and often marginalised, young people.
