Community Renewal Fund

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes East Lothian Council, Midlothian Council and Scottish Borders Council becoming lead authorities for the Community Renewal Fund; notes that the fund will provide the support that people and places need to achieve higher levels of productivity and to tackle disadvantage to ensure future prosperity is felt across the UK, and encourages south of Scotland community groups and organisations to make bids for funding before the June 2021 deadline.
