MYPAS Awarded £150,000 in Lottery Funding
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates MYPAS on being awarded £150,000 in Lottery funding; understands that this will be used to support and further develop its work with LGBT+ young people in East Lothian and Midlothian for a three-year period; believes that this will provide stability for a much-needed service in the Midlothian North and Musselburgh constituency; understands that it is the only service of its kind in the area it serves; supports the continued provision of valuable LGBT+ services, such as those provided by MYPAS, which has provided support to young people for 21 years, and wishes everyone involved with it well going forward with this funding.
