Winchburgh Marina Development
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the filling up of the new Marina at Winchburgh, marking an historic day for Winchburgh and the first new marina development on the Union Canal since 2014; congratulates the team who have built the marina, including Scottish Canals CEO, Catherine Topley, John Hamilton from Winchburgh Developments Limited (WDL), Scott Brown from IHBrown and Alastair Lewis from Sweco, who were there to cut the ribbon and release the water into the marina, and wishes the project well in the future.
