Revision to Business Programme

That the Parliament agrees—(a) the following revision to the programme of business on Wednesday 26 May 2021—afterfollowed by Parliamentary Bureau Motionsinsert followed by Approval of SSIs (if required);(b) that, for the purposes of consideration of the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 17) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/136) Rules 10.1.3(a) and 10.3.3 of Standing Orders be suspended; and (c) that the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions and Requirements) (Local Levels) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 17) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/136) be considered by the Parliament.
