As an amendment to motion S6M-00144 in the name of Humza Yousaf (Health Recovery), leave out from "a National Care Service" to end and insert "new national care standards as a priority, with the funding to guarantee those standards for all users and the establishment of national pay bargaining so that staff benefit from fair pay, fair work standards and career improvements as soon as possible."
