The Living Well Project Hill Climb Challenge
The motion
That the Parliament commends the hard work and resilience of the Living Well Project, which has operated since 2010 and provides befriending services to vulnerable adults in the community, and now operates four dementia cafes across Aberdeen, at Newhills, Oldmachar, Hilton and Ferryhill, providing a much needed lifeline to people living with dementia and their carers; welcomes their befriending service, which also operates in northern Aberdeen, notes that project staff and volunteers will undertake an all-day climbing challenge on Brimmond Hill in Bucksburn on Saturday 5 June to raise funds to support their vital work, and wishes everyone involved in the Living Well Project well for the future and all participants good luck for the challenge.
