Economic Recovery

As an amendment to motion S6M-00165 in the name of Kate Forbes (Economic Recovery), after "social outcomes;" insert "believes that Scotland’s economic recovery must lay the groundwork for a just transition to a net-zero economy; understands the significant opportunities for creating jobs in green sectors such as renewable energy, public transport, energy efficiency and the natural environment; recognises the need for a major increase in public investment in Scotland and across the UK in these sectors to secure a green economic recovery;".
