Jas P Wilson Pays for Dalbeattie Play Group Premises

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the generosity of the Dumfries and Galloway business, Jas P Wilson, in paying for 12 months of rent for the Dalbeattie Playgroup’s new and expanded premises at the Old Birchvale Nursery in the town; understands that the Dalbeattie Playgroup, a charity-ran child day care provider, carries out fantastic work with young people, from play activities to educational excursions, and that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the group has been making use of the outdoors for outdoor education; thanks Jas P Wilson for helping the group find its new premises, which will allow space for more young people to access the service, and wishes everyone involved well for the future.
