Linlithgow Gym Workout Challenge to Raise Money for Blood Cancer and War Veteran Charities
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that GrizzFit, a new Linlithgow gym, is taking on a physical challenge to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Trust and Rock2recovery; understands that the challenge will require the participants, Barry McGeachie, Tom Griscti and Jen Matthews, to complete 24 "workouts of the day" in 24 hours; understands that GrizzFit was launched in August 2020 by Tom Griscti, a former Royal Marine and his partner Jen Matthews; acknowledges that the trio have experienced the help provided by these charities first hand, and wishes them luck with both their fundraising efforts and the success of their gym.
